Deposits are non-refundable but we will accept changes on dates and apartments as long as changes are notified 15 days in advance. Your reservation will be valid for a full year.

Prices given are per apartment considering 1-2 people occupancy. There is a 20-25€ Fee per night for each additional tenant, excluding infants up to 2 yrs.

No additional tenants allowed under any circumstances without Express Rental BCN authorization, and without having paid additional Fees.

No pets allowed in any of the apartments.

Damages done to the apartment during one's stay are tenant's responsibility.

Express Rental BCN is not responsible for any lost or stolen objects left in the apartments.

The same number of keys given to tenants must be returned to Express Rental BCN at the end of the lease. Otherwise, there will be a 20-40€ extra Fee for any lost key.

The deposit and the cleaning service Fee are mandatory.

If tenants do not comply with the above Terms & Conditions or tenant's behavior is not acceptable under Express Rental BCN reasoning, Express Rental BCN has the right to vacate the apartment immediately. In this case, tenants will not be able to request any further compensation.

If for any unexpected reason, the apartment chosen by customer is not available, Express Rental BCN will provide you with a similar option. If customer does not like the optional apartment, Express Rental BCN will refund the full deposit to customer.

It is important to know the time of check-in. You can inform us of it via your reservation form or via e-mail, once you know it. We like to have everything ready for you prior to your arrival at Barcelona.

In order to avoid unnecessary delays, please call us upon your airport arrival, or if coming by car thirty minutes prior to your apartment arrival, so the check-in responsible can be there.

Check-in time is from 2:00pm and checkout time is up to 11:00am. Express Rental BCN could be flexible as long as no other tenants need to occupy the apartment.

All check-in and checkouts that are done before 9:00am or after 9:00pm will incur a 20€ Fee.

Our check-in personnel will give you the apartment keys and will show you how the apartment works.

At this time you will be given a copy of your contract. You will need to sign it accepting all terms and conditions. The contract will show you the remaining balance, which will need to be paid in cash to the check-in personnel.

Refundable deposit will have to be collected from you at check-in time. The deposit will be returned to you at checkout time as long as the apartment is left in good condition.

Moreover, you will have to pay 60€ for the cleaning service that will be performed after your checkout.

Should you require a daily maid service, please let us know at the time of your reservation.

A member of Express Rental BCN will be always available during business hours. You will also be given a contact number in case of emergencies during non-business hours.
